Brandon Baxter | See my posts
Brandon Baxter, Senior Product Marketing Manager, has been with Lombardi since its inception. After building his technical skills and knowledge of BPM technology by delivering projects for Lombardi customers in Professional Services, Brandon then led Lombardi in acquiring new customers in a Pre-Sales capacity. Brandon earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Brandon, a native Texan, currently resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife and two young children.



Toby Cappello | See my posts
Toby Cappello is a VP within Lombardi’s Global Business Solutions group. Toby has overall responsibility for the team and manages the delivery relationship with Lombardi’s customers. During Toby’s 8 year tenure at Lombardi, he has been involved with all aspects of customer adoption and success with BPM the discipline and Lombardi’s products. Specifically, Toby has had direct involvement in driving the industry’s highest level of customer satisfaction and reference-ability. He has over 15 years in the technology industry focused primarily on customer value and success through process improvement and information technology strategy. He received a B.B.A in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.





Wesley Chung | See my posts
Wesley Chung is a Senior Solutions Manager at Lombardi, focused on helping customers scale BPM within their organizations. Since joining Lombardi in 2004, he has been working with customers on BPM projects and programs. He spent two years in Europe helping establish Lombardi’s global presence, has previously managed the Lombardi On-Demand Assistance (LODA) program, and helped establish Lombardi’s delivery methodologies. He is currently concentrating on the broad adoption of BPM by driving solutions to the obstacles consistently encountered. Wesley has spent the last ten years working on enterprise software programs and team leadership. He graduated with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union and now resides in Austin, TX.





Kristie Collins-Delarber | See my posts
As a Lombardi Business services manager, Kristie Collins-Delarber serves as a principal process expert for the BPM analyst team, is a six sigma/lean six sigma master black belt and a change management (CAP) certified facilitator & trainer. Her areas of expertise include legal, real estate, insurance, telecom, HR, finance/investments, retail, service, education, and supply chain. Prior to Lombardi, Kristie was with a large mid-west telecommunications provider for ten years and was a Lombardi Teamworks Customer. She has numerous degrees, including a PhD in Knowledge Management, MBA, B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Elementary Education.





Barton George | See my posts
Barton George is a Senior Director of Business Development focusing on Lombardi Blueprint. Barton joined Lombardi last Fall after spending 13 years at Sun Microsystems where he worked in various areas of software, hardware and corporate marketing as well as manufacturing operations. Prior to Sun Barton worked in Product Management at Johnson and Johnson and he began his career working for Sony’s workstation division in Tokyo. Barton received a BA in English from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.




Phil Gilbert | See my posts
Phil Gilbert joined Lombardi Software in 2002 and serves as its President and Chief Technology Officer. He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology startups plus six years in consulting and executive positions for non-technology businesses. As President, Phil is directly responsible for Lombardi’s Global Business Solutions group, which spans from product and solution definition through to delivery of its products, support and services. As a leader in the BPM space, Lombardi brings complete process solutions to market, in addition to its award winning products. Phil has also been elected to a two-year term as Chairman of the Object Management Group’s BPM Steering Committee. Phil graduated as a Pe-et (top ten) senior from the University of Oklahoma in 1978. He was named an Outstanding Young Man of America 1987. Phil lives in Austin, Texas.


Kelvin King | See my posts
Kelvin King is a Senior Product Manager for Lombardi. He is responsible for Lombardi’s professional service offerings including education and Lombardi On Demand Assistance (LODA). Kelvin has over 15 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise business solutions, and he holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. Kelvin and his wife live in Austin, Texas and have two young children.


Kris Komassa | See my posts
Kris Komassa is a Client Engagement Manager and has managed more than 15 projects since joining Lombardi almost 2 years ago. Kris has more than 10 years of BPM software experience in a variety of roles and has previously implemented financial services software with CSC and SAP before joining Lombardi. Kris is an avid runner and has completed 13 marathons. When not running projects or marathons he is usually running after his twin 5 year olds.



Dave Marquard | See my posts
Dave Marquard is a Senior Product Manager for Lombardi. He has responsibility for all of Lombardi’s modeling offerings, including Blueprint and the process discovery solutions offered around Teamworks and Blueprint. He holds both a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Duke University. Dave is an avid runner and can be found on most mornings jogging around Town Lake Trail in Austin.



Craig Moser | See my posts
Craig Moser is a Senior User Experience & Product Designer at Lombardi. He leads the design and usability effort for Lombardi’s products, including the Web-based process mapping and discovery tool Blueprint. Craig has been working in the high tech software field for 12 years and has a degree in Industrial Design & Visual Communications. In his spare time, Craig is a long distance cyclist and abstract painter.



Fahad Osmani | See my posts
Fahad Osmani is the Manager for BPM Consulting at Lombardi, where he sets the direction for and manages the individuals in the BPM Consulting group. Fahad has more than 10 years of experience in the technology and product side of the professional services industry.On most days, Fahad can be found tinkering with his ever-expanding home media setup, trying to rustle up a game of tennis and scamming his way out of household chores.




Todd Plunk | See my posts
Todd Plunk, Marketing Specialist, has been with Lombardi since February 2008. In his role on the Marketing team, Todd oversees all global events for Lombardi; including industry conferences, regional seminars and company conferences. Prior to joining Lombardi, Todd worked as an Advance Consultant for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services where he managed the logistics for events across the country. Todd earned his B.S. in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas in Austin. Todd, a native Texan, currently resides in Austin, Texas.




John Reynolds | See my posts
John Reynolds is a BPM Architect with Lombardi. He is an Austin-based programmer who has been professionally developing software since 1980. John has played key roles in the strategic enterprise adoption of SOA, and has been an evangelist for the migration to both SOA and BPM within the enterprise. John’s passion for problem solving extends far beyond technical matters and into the realm of interactions between business and IT personnel. His ability to explain complex technical issues to the business owners, and to explain subtle business requirements to the technical teams has lead to greatly improved Business/IT collaboration. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.



Rainer Ribback | See my posts
Rainer Ribback is Lombardi’s Vice President of BPM Delivery, where he has responsibility for the Field Services arm of the Global Business Solutions organization. Ribback has more than 10 years of experience leading and managing Professional Services teams and more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Ribback earned his B.S. in Industrial Management, with a double major in European Studies from Carnegie Mellon University.



Jim Rudden | See my posts
Jim Rudden is the Vice President of Global Marketing for Lombardi, responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts. Rudden has been with Lombardi for over four years and most recently was Director of Product Marketing. He has held positions in Product Management, Marketing, Consulting, and Sales at Trilogy Software, BetweenMarkets Software and other software companies. Jim holds a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University.


Wayne Snell | See my posts
Wayne Snell is Lombardi’s Senior Director of Marketing, where he manages all aspects of the company’s media and analyst relations, as well as customer communications. Wayne has more than 20 years’ senior-level marketing, management and technical experience at numerous technology and services companies. Wayne holds a MBA from C.W. Post University of New York, and a B.S from SUNY at Buffalo. In his free time, Wayne loves to get out on the lake and can lose himself for days fishing for largemouth.



Cliff Vars | See my posts
Cliff Vars, Director of Teamworks Product Management, joined Lombardi in the Spring of 2007 with over 10 years of experience in the software industry. He led the definition of the Teamworks 7 release and continues to focus on the future direction of Teamworks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, and he currently lives in Austin with his wife and two children.
