Your first project is often the &quot;First Iteration&quot; of the PROJECT that&#039;s been keeping you up at night... You can iteratively build on your first managed business process to iteratively add Business Value over time.  &quot;Iteration One&quot; ahould be fully functional and provide relief from your most pressing process problems... but it&#039;s often just the beginning on your road to Continuous Process Improvement.

Going back to the Golf analogy (not that I am any good at it)... the first time you might just play 9 holes - but eventually you&#039;ll master the whole course.</description>
