		<description>Hi Steve -- Interventions vary by project -- some only need one while others need them after each play-back.  We generally need our first intervention after our first play-back.  During that play-back, end-users and stakeholders become aware of what our capabilities are (from a BPI perspective) and scope begins to creep (or run in some cases). Our BPM sponsor leads the interventions with business management involved in the project. We have had very good luck resetting expectations through these interventions or getting immediate approval on valid increases in scope.  From our perspective, interventions have become a key component of our methodology to keep the project on track while navigating the change management needs within the project. By the way, I’ll be at Lombardi’s Driven conference in June and speaking so please find me if you are coming -- would love to chat about this further!</description>
